Jamie McNally, M.A., LLP*, LPC is the owner and Clinic Director of Sycamore Counseling & Coaching, LLC. She graduated with her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University.

Jamie works with individuals and couples and primarily utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral, Schema, and Narrative Therapy approaches with her clients. She has certificates of training in Advanced Cognitive Behavioral and Relational Therapy, Psychological and Spiritual First Aid, and is Gottman Level 1 and 2 certified for couples therapy. 

Previously, Jamie was the Clinic Manager of InterSessions Psychological Services Clinic where she worked for several years training over 75 Graduate Student Interns who were pursuing their Masters in Counseling Psychology. Additionally, she assisted with teaching courses in the Graduate program and preparing counselors for post-graduate professional practice.

In addition to working with clients, Jamie has a passion for coming alongside therapists in order to maximize their professional development and to provide support to mental health professionals so that their clients will ultimately receive a higher standard of care and achieve the freedom and healing that they deserve.

Jamie is also a veteran of the United States Air Force; she served for over twelve years in the Air National Guard and deployed to multiple locations around the world, including in support of Hurricane Katrina relief and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her interest in helping military members and other first responders has led her to research the areas of first responder trauma and to ensure that the team at Sycamore Counseling Services is able to provide targeted care to these populations. 

*Limited Licensed Psychologists (LLPs) are supervised by a fully licensed Psychologist
